Appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will result in a 100% service charge for Lash and Brow Services.
All services (other than lashes and brows) not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will result in a $100 service charge.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, your lash artist or technician has the right to charge the above fees.
The Credit Card on file will be charged for cancellation and/or rebooking
